Salespirit is a digital marketing agency based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. We operate the website salespirit.nl. For questions about this policy, contact us at info@salespirit.nl.
2. What data we collect
When you fill in our contact form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- Your company name (optional)
- Your message and project details
We also collect basic analytics data (page views, referral sources) to improve the website. This data is anonymised and not linked to individuals.
3. How we use your data
We use your contact form data exclusively to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, share or rent your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to a business enquiry you initiated) and, where applicable, consent (when you submit our contact form). You have the right to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing info@salespirit.nl.
5. Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 12 months, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
6. Cookies
This website uses minimal cookies:
- Language preference (spLang). A functional cookie that remembers your chosen language (EN/NL/ID). No personal data. Expires when you clear your browser storage.
- Analytics, if analytics are enabled, anonymised session data is collected. No personally identifiable information is stored.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies or third-party profiling cookies.
7. Third-party services
Our contact form is processed by Netlify Forms (Netlify Inc., USA). Submissions are stored on Netlify's servers. Netlify complies with GDPR via Standard Contractual Clauses. See Netlify's privacy policy.
We use Google Fonts loaded asynchronously. No cookies are set by Google Fonts when loaded in this manner.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR (AVG) you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing
- Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl)

9. Security
Our website is served over HTTPS. Contact form data is transmitted securely to Netlify's encrypted storage. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

We may update this policy periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
